• Cohere Command-R-Plus Model: This model generates accurate responses by extracting key information from legal loan documents. 

• Automated Information Extraction: Key details are extracted automatically by using relevant prompts and documents. 

• LangChain Framework : Enables seamless integration of various Generative AI capabilities into workflows. Supports the orchestration of document processing pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows. 

• Qdrant Vector Database : Provides an efficient and scalable solution for similarity search and vector indexing. Enhances information retrieval by storing and querying embeddings of legal document features. 

• Cohere LLM Models  

• Command R+: Delivers advanced natural language understanding and generation for tasks like document summarization, abstract creation, and context-aware first-draft generation. 

• Embed-english-v3.0: Converts text into high-dimensional vector embeddings, enabling efficient semantic searches and enhancing document retrieval, information extraction, and content matching. 

• Rerank-english-v3.0: Improves search result relevance by reordering documents based on similarity to the query, enhancing retrieval accuracy and AI response quality. 

• Python Programming Language : Python is the primary language used to build and orchestrate AI platforms. Facilitates the development of data processing pipelines, integration with AI models, and backend services for legal document automation.

• AWS Elastic Container Registry (ECR): RAG system and dependencies are packaged into Docker images, then stored in ECR, and passed to AWS Lambda. This approach enables seamless execution of complex processes and removes the dependency of Lambda’s size limitations. 

• AWS Textract: Enables compatibility with LLMs by converting both scanned and standard PDF’s into text files. 

• AWS Lambda: Serverless computing, ensuring the platform can scale seamlessly without the burden of server management. 

• Amazon S3: Secure, scalable storage of legal documents and AI-generated outputs. 

• AWS RDS: Provides reliable and secure database management, ensuring data is readily accessible for fast processing and analysis, with robust encryption at rest to enhance security.
